Weekly Writing Prompt — April 15, 2015 Morning Pages

Quick Missive for you all writers, as its my daughter’s 17th birthday
today and I’m mobbing big time….

Saturday is the monthly Peer Review Work Session at 10:30 a.m. until
Noon at the North Bend library meeting room. This month’s topic is
lessons learned from NorWesCon ’38. Bring pen and paper or lappie,
whatever. Coffee and snacks allowed, just clean up afterwards. Thanks
to Tara for leading the pack on this.

Saturday afternoon the Storytellers Circle will meet at 3 p.m. at the
Umpqua Bank’s Community Room. It’s potluck. Food and Stories, what a
great way to spend a couple of hours.

Your prompt is to plan to be at one or both of these. Please.

And now your moment of Writing Zen:

“To grasp the full significance of life is the actor’s duty; to
interpret it his problem; and to express it his dedication.”
James Dean
